Neptune Eye was founded in 2024 by a small group of engineers and operators who had spent the previous decade building national-scale systems across the Asia-Pacific region. We came together with a single conviction: that public infrastructure — the systems citizens and institutions rely on — deserves the same craft, rigour and accountability as the products built for them.
For eighteen months we worked quietly. We hired carefully. We built our internal platform, our security posture and our delivery discipline. In January of 2026 we signed our first government engagement, with GovTech Singapore. With that work now underway, we are publishing this site, opening our hiring funnel, and inviting partners to talk to us.
We remain a small team by design. We expect to grow deliberately.
