Eighteen months of quiet, deliberate work.
Neptune Eye Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-incorporated software engineering firm. We were founded in August 2024 and operated in stealth until the first quarter of 2026. We are now opening to partners, hires and press.
Why we exist.
The systems that hold up modern public life — identity, payments, permits, records — are largely invisible until they fail. When they do, the failure is rarely a single bug. It is a slow accumulation of expedient decisions, made under pressure, in environments where the cost of a mistake is borne by someone other than the people shipping the code.
We started Neptune Eye because we believe this is a solvable problem, and because we wanted to do it ourselves. Our work is slow on purpose. Our engagements are few on purpose. Our team is small on purpose.
We measure ourselves against the things we do not ship: the shortcuts not taken, the dependencies not introduced, the assumptions not waved through.
How we operate.
Our leadership sits in Singapore. Our engineers work from Europe, Japan, and elsewhere. Communication is asynchronous by default, synchronous when it matters, and documented in both modes.
We do not subcontract. We do not white-label. Every line of code we deliver is written by someone whose name and reputation are on it. Our internal security posture is audited annually by an independent third party — we do not name them publicly and we do not republish their reports.
Engagements begin with a paid discovery phase. We do not respond to unpaid RFPs.
